We had a good stay. The owner was very responsive anytime we messaged her with issues. Still had some repair work going on in the garage and near the pool, the room was nice, bed was very comfortable. The beach view was beautiful. Overall was a really good week.

Great place the condo we stayed in had small bathroom but it was still a great stay and beautiful sun rises with good pricing and just 3.6 miles from daytona boardwalk.

Rented a VRBO here. Room was a 4/5... This place is "coming along" since it's poor reviews in the last few mos since the hurricane. This whole area still shows signs of damage, but there's new buildings and significant repairs being made. The beach side of this building does say "condemned", so it was at one point. They are still improving the place, and it'll one day be a really nice place to stay. Elevators are functional and the entrance is very nice. The second floor door needs fixed, it's arm is broken so it slams shut as soon as you let go (scares me every time, and sometimes can't be helped if you're carrying something). The laundry units 👎. It's $3 a load in each unit, and the dryer only runs for an hour, not by sensing when the clothes are dry!! 2x wasn't enough to fully dry our clothes, and it wasn't even a big load!! I took them out and air dried the best I could in out unit after paying $6 to run it twice... But really, I can't imagine paying $9-$12 every time you need to do a load of clothes!! With a family, you do a load just about every day!! The indoor pool is FREEZING. Hot tub and sauna are nice. 1/3 outdoor pools works, and it's a heated pool. Nice chairs t

In my opinion this place needs to be condemned and demolished. I actually cannot believe people are allowed to still rent out rooms in this facility. We rented a room/condo off of Airbnb. The condo itself was nice. It was clean and it was comfortable. The facility however is horrible. It's already an outdated property, but the prior storm damage remains and I can't see that any progress has been made to do the repairs. The pools are filled with black/green sludge. The hallways are dark. The carpet is filthy. There was a leak in the main lobby because it was raining. Windows are boarded up. There is no adequate beach access. Every conference room was empty or had a padlock on the door. There's a moldy mildewy smell in the air when you enter. I would not recommend this facility. A portion of the facility (the right side) truly looks like it is abandoned . Again I do not know how the owners of these condos are allowed to rent to the public given the way that this building looks. The only highlight of our stay was being on the beach itself. The beach itself was beautiful.

It was a horrible experience, no hot water for the first 3 days, and on the third day, the hot water solution was resolved, but then 3 of 4 elevators were out of order. No complimentary as advertised, all pools were closed, and people on the front desk were rudest people to provide service. My grandson asked for phone number to front desk and the guy on front desk were ready to fight I have yet to figure out why he was so offended asking for phone number to front desk, and was threatening to call the police on my grandson for asking a simple phone number to front desk. Roaches on balcony and one size of big toe got into bathtub crawling around... No Beach access from the building. It was blocked
